    Responsibilities

    • Respond to phone calls and emails from SEKO’s vendors inquiring about invoice payment status
    • Enter invoices into SEKO’s systems
    • Process payment of invoices
    • Enter new vendors into SEKO’s systems and perform maintenance on existing vendors
    • Resolve discrepancies with vendor invoices by engaging with SEKO’s partners
    • Comply with SEKO’s C-TPAT Security Profile
    • Expected to uphold SEKO’s Core Values

    Education And/Or Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
    • 3-5 Years in an Accounts Payable role 

     

    Other Qualifications

     

    • Logistics industry experience a plus
    • Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of Microsoft Office, Email, financial systems and general computer functions
    • Proficiency in data entry required
    • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve goals on time 
    • Ability to work independently with general guidance
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
