    The Client Relationship Manager is onsite ambassador for SEKO Logistics at a Fortune 50 technology manufacturer.  This position works as a trusted advisor supporting SEKO’s award winning suite of technology.    The Client Relationship Manager will serve as a direct interface to resolve business and technical issues to support the global supply chain of our client. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  The specific responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager are, but not limited, to the following:

    • First line of support for global transportation management system
    • Solve business and technical issues that arise during the implementation of new systems or the support of existing applications
    • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
    • Lead execution and follow-up of quarterly business reviews in the organization
    • As needed, document requirements for feature enhancements and liaise with SEKO Technology team to provide a comprehensive project plan to the client
    • Production of the IT statement of work to fulfill requirements of a new solution sale  
    • Conduct online demonstration and training sessions as required on SEKO technology solutions
    • Expected to uphold SEKO’s Core Values.

    Preferred Education and/or Experience:

    • College degree preferred
    • Prior experience with software testing/training
    • Experience and/or understanding of Supply Chain and logistics
    • Experience and/or understanding of warehousing, transportation management and/or PO/supplier management software systems
    • Experience as an IT Product Manager or comparable project manager
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • Technical background with experience in IT is beneficial
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past


    Language Skills:  

    Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals or technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.


    Mathematical Skills: 

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.


    Reasoning Ability: 

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Must have a strong aptitude for learning new things quickly
    • Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions with limited supervision
    • Ability to juggle the technical aspects of large scale IT projects while maintaining good communications and relationships with team members, sales and customer
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent teamwork skills

    Physical Demands
