Provides support to Station and Agent Operations., through access to programs and files in the domestic operating system, SEKO RED NA, not accessible to station personnel. Also participates in special projects related to station, agent, SEKOM, SC3 activities.
Responsible for the entry of revenue tariffs and all tariff components into SEKO RED NA, including the ONE Tariff specifications, zone tariffs, zone definition and matrices, rate tables, associated accessorial charges, dimensional weight factors, beyond points definition, etc.
Entry, maintenance, and formatting of carrier tariffs into SEKO RED NA.
Entry, maintenance, and formatting of agent and or station cartage tariffs in SEKO RED NA.
Participate in updating the FSC levels for customers, carriers, and agents in SEKO RED NA.
Participate in gathering, sorting, preparing reports and data associated with corporate domestic operations projects.
Assist stations in correcting invoices or carrier, station, agent data entry errors, in SEKO RED NA.
Assigned projects involving analysis of domestic operations data, preparation of reports, researching information, rating hawbs and or mawbs, etc.
Asked for input on design and implementation of new programs and or features.
Communicate with stations and other corporate departments as necessary.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred.
